Help us make newcomerswaterloo.ca even better by completing our online survey. The survey takes approximately five (5) minutes, depending on the length of your answers. You can link to the survey by clicking here.

We welcome everyone’s input, but are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who is thinking about settling in Waterloo Region or anyone who is a newcomer to this area. We are also interested in the opinions and insights of settlement workers from Waterloo Region.

We will use your feedback to improve the site, and will also share results with the Municipality of Waterloo Region. The municipality of Waterloo Region is building a municipal portal that will serve newcomers.
